- Our platform provides digital services only.
- We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products directly to customers.
2. Responsibility of Individual Business Owners
- If you connect with or purchase from a business through our platform, please understand that all shipping, delivery, or logistics of physical goods are handled directly by that individual business owner.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, product deliveries, or fulfillment of goods purchased through a business card or profile on our platform.
3. Communication & Tracking
- Any concerns about product delivery, shipping timelines, or tracking should be addressed directly with the business owner or seller whose details are listed on their digital business card.
- iOS Digital Business Card does not provide shipping support or tracking services.
4. Our Role
- Our responsibility is limited to providing the digital platform where business owners can showcase their information.
- We are not a logistics, courier, or delivery service provider.
